Eggs for an Easter Tree

"A symbol of spring's new life to the ancients, eggs were first associated with Easter by early Christians. Today they are dyed and used in egg hunts or decorated to hang on a tree branch for house ornaments at Eastertime."

Our Almanac suggests to prepare the eggs for your egg tree, put a small hole in each end and then blow out the contents.

You know just do this thing that is totally normal to do right!?

"It takes a lot of energy to accomplish this; you may have to enlarge the holes."

I can't handle this.

You mean I have to bake Easter goodies, dye eggs, stuff plastic eggs, organize a party, coordinate the family's Easter outfits, and then blow out eggs to hang on a branch.

In 2018, Easter has come and gone. We have survived without hanging salmonella shells in our house. Maybe this is better for paper crafts or plastic eggs. Please don't do this with real eggs.
